Mira woke up from her slumber and smiled at where her husband lay. It was a blissful night as they got re-acquainted once more. She layed there watching him breathe, still feeling the wonder that she was married to Fel. He had worried about them not having a 'normal' marriage, one where they'd be able to settle down. It didn't seem to be their destiny especially with the way things were. There was only one place they had felt like settling down, a planet that they had found and had forged a bond between them.
This morning, he was leaving to go out after their common foe. She couldn't go with him, or be by his side atleast not now. Her path was going into another direction to help keep the Jedi from being found, she needed to get her own ship though, she felt strongly about it. Sometime down the road that ship will be important.
She made some tea, and a quick breakfast, taking it into Fel.
"Morning, dear husband just a quick bite to eat before you go on your way and I go on mine. Don't worry, this won't be a long drawn out goodbye." she chuckled.

"Yes, thank-you." He took the offered food and waited for her to sit before picking up a fork full and feeding it to her. "One for you," he took a fork full for himself, and just before putting it in his mouth he said, "and one for me."

She didn't have much to say while she ate. Just enjoying the meal in quiet with her husband, reaching out every now and then to caress his hand or touch his arm. When there was just two more bites left, she finally spoke.
"I've got something for you." reaching behind her and pulling her pack out. She looked at Fel, smiling. Her hand digging inside for what she was looking for.

Mira blushed at Fel's comment giggling. "Aye, that I did" her voice filled with fondness. "However I have something else." finally finding what she had been searching for.
It was a piece of paper rolled up and tied with a thin, simple jade green, silk ribbon.
"I've been saving this to give to you, as an anniversary present."
She somewhat shyly handed it to Fel.
When unrolled it would reveal a colored picture of herself and Fel in their wedding clothing holding each other in a loving embrace.Behind them would be the ghostly outline of their former Jedi Master, Kediah Amni looking down upon his two former students with a loving smile and a hand on one of their shoulders. On the lower left corner were these words and a picture of the flowers Fel had given to her.
"To my husband my everlasting love, the one who has made my life and soul complete. Thank you for the wonders and joys you have brought to me. I will be forever yours. All my love ~ Mira"

He studied it, memorizing every line. "I am glad you didn't stop your pencil work." He soaked in all the different nuances, "this is fabulous work."
Fel turned and dug around in his pack till he found a hard cylinder container of about the right size, he poured out the content and looked at the berries and flakes then put them in a seal-able baggie, "I'll eat it in crumb form if I have to, I wouldn't have this picture crushed for the world."
He carefully rolled it back up and re-tied it with the jade ribbon before putting it in the cylinder and carefully packing it in his bag with plenty of padding all around it.
Fel turned to his wife of the last decade, gave her a gentle hug and a sound kiss. "I really better go, he is going to be heading for his new body, I would like to beat him to it if at all possible."

Returning the sound kiss and adding a a fervent hug. Mira then nodded. "I'm glad that I did too."
At his words of him needing to depart Mira nodded once more.
"Aye that you do need to go, as do I. I'm glad you love the gift I made for you." she said with a smile.
Rising up from where she had been sitting, Mira helped Fel break camp and then walked him to where the headhunter was waiting. She touched her chest where her heart was beating rapidly, then his chest where his heart was beating.
"My heart to your heart. My mind to your mind" touching their temples then caressing his cheek, my soul to your soul."
One more kiss, one more embrace then Mira moved back to allow Fel to complete his preparations.
The sky was blue with a few clouds, that had some tints of pink to them it; was beautiful and Mira memorized the scene and her husband by the Headhunter.
She started to chuckle, a grin spreading from ear to ear, it was an appropriate ship for what Fel was going to do. He was on the hunt and she knew that the person he was hunting for was in trouble. She remembered a hunt many years back...
"I love you, Fel, until we meet again my love, my husband!" she called out to him.
Mira would watch until he left, then she will leave as well on her own path.

Fel once more checked over the little ship, it would be a long ride to where ever he was going but it would be even longer if something broke down on the way. Once that was done to his satisfaction he stepped up to the cockpit and pause to look overhead at the sky, as if he could see straight out into space, then around the camp, noting he was not the only one departing.
He smiled and raised a hand to her, "and I you. I shall return as soon as I can."
He stepped the last step up and then over the edge and into the pilot's seat. Strapping in he warmed the engines then checking she was clear of the blast area he waved one last time before hitting the anti-gravity and lifting off. He switched over to forward movement as soon as the little ship was clear of the trees.
Mira would watch until he left, then she will leave as well on her own path.
Fel made orbit and held it a little longer then needed, this was a place of security for them, but he had to go back out into the mess, there was a dark Jedi that had to be slain or he would make Anikin Skywalker look like a Padawan.
Clear of the planet Fel shut down the unnecessary systems, letting the Headhunter ghost silently along as he tapped deep into the force, it would tell him where he was going. His hand reached out to the hyperdrive console and his fingers slowly but confidently tapped in coordinates. When the force was satisfied he reached out to the leaver that would initiate the jump. The stars streaked out around the Headhunter then it was gone.

"Yes, thank-you." He took the offered food and waited for her to sit before picking up a fork full and feeding it to her. "One for you," he took a fork full for himself, and just before putting it in his mouth he said, "and one for me."
Mira's eyes crinkled up with a smile while she chewed the bite he gave her.She picked up her own food offered him a bite of hers before she began to eat her breakfast.
"You have something for me? I though you gave me that last night." He chuckled at his own joke. "What do you have for me?"

Away from Jedi Camp
Next Morning
Mira woke up from her slumber and smiled at where her husband lay. It was a blissful night as they got re-acquainted once more. She layed there watching him breathe, still feeling the wonder that she was married to Fel. He had worried about them not having a 'normal' marriage, one where they'd be able to settle down. It didn't seem to be their destiny especially with the way things were. There was only one place they had felt like settling down, a planet that they had found and had forged a bond between them.
This morning, he was leaving to go out after their common foe. She couldn't go with him, or be by his side at least not now. Her path was going into another direction to help keep the Jedi from being found, she needed to get her own ship though, she felt strongly about it. Sometime down the road that ship will be important.
She made some tea, and a quick breakfast, taking it into Fel.
